Reduces class and JSNI loading for RPC in devmode. - Makes GwtScriptOnly work with JSNI methods. - Modifies the RPC generator to tag native methods with GwtScriptOnly. - Modifies the RPC generator to defer class loads of FieldSerializers until needed.
