Introduces inline styles to ui.xml files, completing http://code.google.com/p/google-web-toolkit/issues/detail?id=3984 to a first approximation. Only CssResource works so far, via <ui:style>. @Sprite won't work until <ui:image> is implemented, and <ui:data> is still needed as well.
