This patch addresses a minor documentation change.  In the generated .java code created by the applicationCreator tool, a comment made a mysterious reference that a "real" application would attach widgets according to a CSS class. This technique is hardly ever used, so the reference to it was removed. Also added a caveat about referencing elements using fixed IDs.
