Changes to javadoc generation
Change "Google Web Toolkit" to "GWT", use "-source ${javac.source}"
instead of "-source 1.5" and add "-noindex -notree" to avoid generating
big files that nobody uses and wouldn't fit gwtproject.org constraints.
