Adds a condition to always run unit tests in '-notHeadless' mode
for the mac when running the ant 'test' target.

This is really only needed to work around some
layout problems in a few unit tests, but the cause of them failing is
rather obscure, so for now, it is probably best to set the
'-notHeadless' flag when running JUnitShell on a mac.
