Convert manual GWTTestCase tests into automatic tests. - Adds ability to test scenarios for testing 'failability' of GWTTestCases. - Adds a separate GWTTestCaseSetupTearDownTest for testing setup and teardown in GWTTestCase. - Test cases failing due to limitations of GWTTestCase are suppressed by prefixing name with '_suppressed_'. - A few minor misc cleanups in other test suites.
