This patch generates (and uses) the mappings from compiler-generated classNames of javac 
(or any other compiler that generated the classes on disk) to the compiler-generated 
classNames of jdt. It updates jsniMethods collection -- they are now associated with 
each compilationUnit instead of each compiledClass. 

It also adds test cases for all this stuff.
