Update Maven sample pom.xml files to use maven-compiler-plugin's annotation processing functionality. It is now understood by m2e-apt, so we can get rid of the hacks we had to put in to make this work in Eclipse/GPE. This also gets rid of the nasty need to refresh the project (manually) after a build.
