Commiting the initial version of the HtmlUnit plugin. Many tests, including all
of EmulSuite, pass. Remaining work:
(i) Test with other GwtTests and fix.
(ii) Re-factor the code. 
(iii) Garbage collection of javaObject references. 
(iv) Minor todos like implementation of toString.
