Simplifies the RequestObject api:
* No more clearUsed(). Requests are always usable
* No more reset(), it was basically unused, and untested
* RequestData move to an impl package

Also fixes violation reporting in AbstractProxyEditActivity,
and simplifies its last remaining echo of future ids
