Fixes Issue #634.
This change updates getAbsoluteTop/getAbsoluteLeft in DOMImplMozilla
to rely on getBoxObjectFor, since offsetLeft & offsetTop are buggy in
newer versions of Mozilla. This also required the creation of
DOMImplMozillaOld which works around inconsistencies in getBoxObjectFor
in older versions of Mozilla.
